I had such an amazing trip at so many revelation and inspirational moments that came from within, and I want to share them with you.

Hey, what's up? Okay, first and foremost, I'm going to jump right in. I'm going to talk about how important it is to find alone time. Now, I want you to sink into this for a little bit because a lot of people, when they grow up or when they're going to therapy or even in times today, when they're going to work

or they could be married or they could have a lot of friends. A lot of people are so afraid of being

alone. You have no idea. So about, I would say a week ago, once I got back, my kids were at the

playground and they were playing and just, you know, being kids,

it was after soccer practice, there were a bunch of kids on the playground.

And then all of a sudden, Sander comes up to Scott and I, he starts crying.

He's like, nobody wants to be my friend and I'm all alone.

And, you know, as a parent, your heart immediately breaks.

You're just like, your heart immediately breaks.

So then we just start asking him questions.
