Summary

Tonight’s Wednesday Wisdom with Karissa reflects on the importance of slowing down - and making space to simply be still. Through a personal story she reminds us that rest often requires intention, especially during life’s transitions. Learning to pause, even briefly, can help settle the nervous system and make space for clarity and deeper rest.
