Gino and I have purchased over 1,800 apartments. We self-manage. We have an investment firm,

and a lot of these we just own ourselves, essentially, own them

in our own LLC. So I'm personally grateful for finding a career that aligns with my values.

In the past 10 years, I never thought about being anything other than a multifamily investor.

And that's the truth. There has been no veering from my core vehicle and just what I do.

And it's my only focus.

And essentially, I just want to buy more apartments, constantly improve our process, our systems, and our organization.

So everything we do on the management end to make a better experience for our residents.

And I'm grateful for that because I know a lot of people out there are in search of clarity in their

lives. And I think the thing entrepreneurs struggle with the most is a lack of clarity in terms of

what the next step looks like, what they're doing. And multifamily has given me that place to

grow professionally for the long term. So I'm forever grateful because I can I can hone in on exactly

what I want, worry about other things in my life.

But the financial, the business is rock, solid, stable.

I'm where I want to be.

And then I can worry about the other things in my life.
