Summary

#322: Sometimes the biggest transformations happen not when everything changes around you, but when you finally shift how you show up. In this solo episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the internal work that led to one of the most profound shifts I've ever experienced — and why people keep telling me my energy feels completely different.

I'm sharing the honest story of what most of this year really looked like behind the scenes (spoiler: it wasn't what you saw on social media), the exact daily practices that changed everything for me over the summer, and why finally feeling content has nothing to do with checking boxes or hitting milestones.

This episode is for you if:

  • You're doing all the "right things" but still feel like something's missing
  • You're tired of feeling like you're grasping for the next achievement to feel whole
  • You're ready to shift your energy but don't know where to start
  • You want to understand what manifestation actually looks like in practice
  • You're struggling with the gap between how your life looks and how it feels

I talk about…

  • Why going full-time with the podcast in 2024 brought up more triggers than I expected
  • What it was like to have everything feel hard during the months that looked the most successful from the outside
  • My exact daily manifestation practice
  • How mirror work went from incredibly uncomfortable to one of my most powerful tools
  • Why the manifestations I wanted didn't come exactly when or how I expected, but something better happened instead
  • Why feeling content doesn't mean you stop being ambitious
  • The real prize of manifestation work

Thank you for tuning into this week's episode of She's So Lucky podcast. My name is Les. I'm your host.

0:16.9

And this podcast is all about the ways that we create our own luck. Sometimes I have the opportunity of sitting down with amazing women to hear their stories

0:24.6

of how they created their own luck.

0:26.4

And other times, I am coming at you solo.

0:29.1

And today is one of those days where I am coming at you solo.

0:33.4

Now, earlier this year, I experienced a bit of a shift in my own energy and in how I have carried myself and I have spent my time.

0:46.8

And it has really paid dividends.

0:50.8

And I have talked a little bit about it on social media, but I thought it would be really

0:54.7

great to come talk about it on the podcast. And it's also been really special that so many of you

1:01.3

have noticed. I've gotten a lot of messages from people and a lot of comments on things where people

1:06.8

are saying, well, something about you just seems really different. Or I don't know what it is about your energy lately, but like it's giving main character. It's just giving so self-assured. There's just something different. And that to me is the best compliment that I could ever ask for. And I do think that my energy is different than it has been in the past. And that

1:29.2

has been very intentional and that has come from a lot of dedicated work. But there was a time about

1:36.1

halfway through the year where I really made a pointed effort to truly shift my energy. And seeing even where that's taken me in just the past few months

1:46.9

has been so rewarding. And I was like, okay, we got to come on the podcast and we got to talk about

1:52.2

it. But I also have to kind of recap how we got to that point. So if you have been listening

1:58.3

to the podcast for about the past, let's say two years, you've

2:02.1

probably noticed a lot of changes, not only, you know, the name of the show, but even the types

2:07.0

of conversations that we have, me going full time doing the show and leaving my corporate job

2:12.5

at the end of 2023, I was able to dedicate so much more to the show and to my content.

2:19.3

But I also realized that with having increased visibility,

2:23.3

it was going to require a lot more of me.
