with these fear archetypes or with the way that fear is manifesting itself in your life,

it's replacing those core values and core beliefs with beliefs that are healthier and that are going to allow you to grow

and that are going to allow you to push past your fear.

And I think it's also important to know that you don't, that fear doesn't necessarily

ever go away, but you do find a better way of managing it and a better way of dealing with it.

I mean that's the whole concept of doing it scared that courage doesn't mean you're never afraid courage

is just taking action despite the fear.
