I had learned this positive psychology of think good thoughts, manifest things, don't stay in the darkness because

then I won't be able to manifest the good stuff and I'll just manifest more bad stuff.

I think that that's really unhealthy.

I wish more people talked about it and understood it from someone who's really suffered

with their mental health.
