I am a virtual wholesaler so virtual wholesaling is basically wholesaling all online so I don't go to houses I don't meet sellers

I didn't start out trying to do that though it kind of happened at a necessity so I was trying to wholesale regular in Vegas I got it

was like two weeks into it I was just getting nothing and everyone was cussing me

out and they're like I will never sell my house for a discount blah blah so I'm like this doesn't sound like what they're saying on

this is really hard so why am I not getting anything and it's just funny how this happened so I'm like maybe

it's the market like most people do exactly and I'm in a tough market I'm in a tough market which is like

valid but it can also be an excuse right I went for Cleveland Ohio that was my

okay that's an easier market so I'm thinking okay it's gonna be easier and two

weeks of calling in Vegas all I did was get hung up on.

The third day in Cleveland, I got a deal under contract.

So I was like, all right, virtual wholesaling is better than wholesaling.

And then I got six deals that very first month and that's when I was like sold on I will like never go to a property

I'm only going to be doing virtual and I started adding other markets after about a year. I added St. Louis and then I added DMV Georgia Florida and then the newest one is Kansas City.
