0:00.0	I am a virtual wholesaler so virtual wholesaling is basically wholesaling all online so I don't go to houses I don't meet sellers
0:07.7	I didn't start out trying to do that though it kind of happened at a necessity so I was trying to wholesale regular in Vegas I got it
0:14.2	was like two weeks into it I was just getting nothing and everyone was cussing me
0:18.9	out and they're like I will never sell my house for a discount blah blah so I'm like this doesn't sound like what they're saying on
0:24.9	YouTube because wholesaling is supposed to be easy right according to YouTube yes and I'm like
0:29.6	this is really hard so why am I not getting anything and it's just funny how this happened so I'm like maybe
0:34.8	it's the market like most people do exactly and I'm in a tough market I'm in a tough market which is like
0:40.3	valid but it can also be an excuse right I went for Cleveland Ohio that was my
0:45.9	okay that's an easier market so I'm thinking okay it's gonna be easier and two
0:50.1	weeks of calling in Vegas all I did was get hung up on.
0:52.8	The third day in Cleveland, I got a deal under contract.

0:56.1	So I was like, all right, virtual wholesaling is better than wholesaling.
1:00.6	And then I got six deals that very first month and that's when I was like sold on I will like never go to a property
1:07.2	I'm only going to be doing virtual and I started adding other markets after about a year. I added St. Louis and then I added DMV Georgia Florida and then the newest one is Kansas City.

1:25.1	wholesaling and I think that a lot of people do struggle because they are in
1:29.6	markets like Las Vegas which is very competitive, Phoenix, Arizona, Southern California, all these like big
1:37.1	markets that are very competitive and I think if they were to go elsewhere, you know, it would be
1:42.1	easier. But these six deals, did they close? Were those
1:46.1	contracts? Okay, you closed. So those six deals did close. I actually did get two
1:52.2	others under contract, which I don't really talk about a lot but it was actually
