Let's first start with John Mark Comer on busyness and why it's so important to slow down.

One of the main concepts of the book, which I agree with wholeheartedly, is busyness is so dangerous.

It's such a threat to us because busyness tears away at our spiritual life.

Yeah, in our capacity for love.

And of course, you know, you have to define what you mean by busyness because a lot of people hear that and they're like, well, wait, wasn't Jesus busy?

And I think there's two different types of busyness. There's the healthy kind of busyness that just

says you have a lot to do and you're not wasting your life on Netflix and Facebook. But you're

doing something meaningful with your life. Doesn't have to be

famous or rich or, you know, sexy, but you're doing something that matters with your life and you're

not wasting your time. That kind of busyness, I'm 110% for him. By that definition, Jesus was

very busy. Yeah. But you don't read about him like just chilling and reading comic books.

I think it's convex, but for days at a time or whatever.
