disengagement or engagement at work listen up if you're one of those people

that disengage in fact you and I don't say this with disdain.

If you are a quiet quitter, you know what, I'm just doing doing the what they ask of me and not not a thing more and

I'm just kind of getting through getting by I'm disengaged it didn't say you hate your job but but you're disengaged. I want you to hear me.

This is eventually going to get to you. It will eventually become a matter of life and death.

I really

burn that. The data says this by the way.

If you're disengaged at work to the point that you're bored

and you eventually burn out just because there's no enjoyment,

it is going to affect your life.

We know that people who are happy and fulfilled at work live on

average listen to this 10 years longer. So for crying out loud all the health

hacks you can't get on the news or social media today without seeing another
