Well, I can tell you after 75,000 hours of private coaching sessions, one of the most important

things the outliers do is they emulate other people who are already succeeding.

They actually take the time to go interview the top agents in their area and across the country to figure out what is it that they do from a demand standpoint, marketing, lead generation, follow-up, conversion, what tech they use, how do they do it, what's the cadence of how they do it, and then they figure out the operational side, like how we launch the listings, how do we make sure that every time we launch the listing, we get two or three more other listings. What they don't do, I know I said that fast, what they don't do is try and reinvent the wheel. First principle thinking is always, hey, there's someone that's already done it. I can do it like they've done it, that's good. I can do it better than they've done it. That's obviously better. Or I can try and reinvent this as a whole new category or a whole new solution. But the bottom line is this, they're not thinking alone, they're looking and observing what's happening in their marketplace and they're asking themselves, who is already doing this at a super high level? What are they doing? Can I borrow some of that? Can I R&D some of that? And then can I make it my own?
