And so many of us think, you know, when it comes to the new year, or maybe you try and like

the crash diet for like summertime or a reunion or whatever it might be, bread's like

the first thing to go. Yeah. It's like, you're just like, okay, bread's got to go. And,

and if I cut bread for for two weeks, three weeks a month, then I'll be fine. But like,

that's, that's extreme. Yeah, it's too extreme. But what I will say about bread is, you know, having it freshly made quality bread makes such a difference, just with anything else, you know, and I feel it in my body, for sure. Well, I think that's what we'll get into in this episode, I hope, is that, you know, look, I think I said in an earlier episode that that bread is back. And maybe, maybe, maybe I was, maybe I was overshooting it a little bit. I like it. Bread wasn't ever gone for me. But I have, I have definitely changed my relationship with bread. I've changed the way I think about bread. I've changed the bread that I choose to buy.

It's like you can keep your bread.
