But it doesn't have to be this way for you. That's why today I'm going to give you some life-changing tips to help strengthen your focus and keep you on track with your health goals even during the holidays.

I'm also going to offer my recommendations about which supplements to include during the holiday season and which drinks to serve at your holiday party.

That is, if you drink, otherwise don't start. And I'll reveal what foods and beverages my wife and I pre-game with to help us avoid eating foods that get together will regret later.

The other day, someone wrote in and asked, should I change my supplement routine for the holidays?

And you know what? That's actually an amazing question because studies have shown during the time of year between Halloween and January 1st, the average American gains five pounds.

They don't call it the holiday eating season for nothing. And that doesn't take into account the hustle and bustle of the season or the stress the holidays can cause.

So, what can you do if you want to stay slim, healthy, energized and active this time of year? Well, along with eating a sensible and lectin-free diet, limiting your indulgences and staying active, you can hack your supplement routine for extra support.
