And as usual, Pete, he's probably a little bit sleepy because he was just having a good

snore right before we started here.

So I think he's going to be good today.

And it's rainy.

So there's not too many people walking around outside.

Yeah, so he doesn't hear them go by and then get very upset because that is what he does.

That's his job.

But he's going to be a good boy today.

So somebody made a little bit of a message because they noticed that on Straba, I went for a run.

I can't believe that people pay such close attention.

Yeah. I was surprised that it actually took a while because I figured some of the local people would be like,

So I went for some backstory.

If people happened to listen in the last couple of months, I rolled my ankle a pile as a kid

when I was skateboarding.

And then I managed that rolled ankle as an adult while I was doing all of my triathlon training.

It always caused a little bit of foot pain on the top of my right foot because my foot couldn't or my ankle couldn't roll forward.

Like I couldn't dorsi flex. I couldn't bend my ankle

nearly as much as I should to be able to put the stress on the Achilles and the calf. So I'd put
