And if I remember right, we were on Breakfast Club the other day and you mentioned about a home buyer event. I thought, man, I think that sounds like a great topic to discuss. Before we go into that, just a little bit of background for our listeners. Are you banker, broker, branch manager, loan officer, kind of give us a layout of the land. How long you've been doing this? And yeah, it's a little background. Well, first of all, thank you so much for having me. It's absolutely my pleasure. And I really appreciate the opportunities. I have been in

mortgage since 2002. So for me, this is about it. Like, I have no idea what else I would do if I

wasn't in mortgage.

I've done a lot within the industry.

I've done servicing, processing, compliance training.

That was a sales assistant for many years.
