to have you, my friend. So how would you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself

and what you do? Oh, golly little bit about yourself and what you do?

Oh, golly. How do I describe what I do? So I wear several different hats.

Probably the easiest one to describe is that I'm a professor at Harvard Law School, where I am responsible for the negotiation teaching curriculum.

And negotiation just became required for graduation at Harvard Law School.

So that were expanding the program and expanding courses and seats in those courses, which has been really fun.

On the side, I write books and I also run a consulting firm called Triad Consulting, where we do work with clients, both for-profit and nonprofit, trying to equip leaders to have better conversations and make better decisions.
