380 million had to be written off. 2,000 people were laid off and that CRO gone. Not because

he spoke up, but because he didn't. A McKenzie study revealed a disturbing statistic.

74% of executives admit their biggest mistakes came from not getting

honest feedback from their team. That's nearly three out of very four executives admitting

their biggest failures came from teams too afraid to speak up. And in today's business environment,

where one little ill-advised wrong decision can kill an entire company, that silence

isn't just dangerous.
