Renee Brown and Adam Grant have devoted much of their work to helping people better understand conflict, communication, and human behavior.

Brown is a writer and professor known for her research on vulnerability, shame, and empathy,

while Grant is an organizational psychologist who studies leadership, success, culture, and change.
