If you want to have a strong spirit, what do you got to do?

Number one, you got to feed yourself, right?

And you got to exercise yourself.

And we've also talked about you got to rest spiritually.

Rest.

And this will tie in, the rest part will tie in with some things I want to talk to you now I used to

teach this I've taught this series of course you never teach it the same way twice but some of the

same truths and principles I've taught it several times and I know just like a year or so ago

year or two ago I taught it and got towards the end and the the Lord dealt with me. He said, you're not,

you're not teaching all of that. I didn't understand. He said, you're not teaching all that you need

to in that series. I thought, well, that's how you get your spirit strong. You feed it. You exercise it.

You rest. You get strong that way.

He said, yeah, but there's another major part to that.

Well, he had to show it to me because I didn't know it.

And this is what he revealed to me.

He revealed to me that you can do all of these things and still be weak.

You can feed yourself, you can exercise yourself, you can rest, and still be weak spiritually.

Now that came as a surprise to me, just like y'all are quiet. But I'm going to tell you what he helped me to see go with me to
