In Philippians the fourth chapter, Philippians chapter four, let's begin in verse 10.

He said, but I rejoiced, this is Paul, of course, by the Spirit speaking to the church at Philippi,

he said, I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at the last your care of me has

flourished again. Now, you already know what he's going to talk about. When he says care of me,

what's he talking about? He's talking about them sending him money and things. Is that an expression of care? Yeah. The Lord said this to me some

years ago. He said to me, thee, and you'll not often hear, you know, all-inclusive statements like

this out of my mouth, but the chief expression of love is giving.

The. Now that's a big statement, but I didn't say that of myself. I said the Lord said

that to me some years ago. The chief or the greatest expression of love is giving.

Now when I first, when he first said that to me, I didn't know if I was hearing right or not

because we don't usually think quite like that.

And I thought, well, you know, that sounds a bit materialistic, you know.

And the Lord helped me, he taught me. He said, what did I say in John?

For God so loved the world that he yelled from heaven, I love you.

Hmm? Is that the greatest expression of love?

I see people think it is, but it's not.

I said people think it is, but it's not.

You can say, I love you all day long, and it actually means very little.

Jesus said, if you love me, you'll keep my commandments.

You'll do something. You'll give keep my commandments. You'll do something.

You'll give me your time.

You'll give me your money, your stuff, you'll give me your abilities.
