Thanks for joining me. This is episode 135, and in today's episode, I'm going to talk about

decluttering. So real quick, I'm going to tell you what you need to gear up for this episode.

You might want to get either some bags or boxes because you want to be able to sort things into three to four different categories.

So it could be different colored trash bags.

I don't go out and get supplies when I'm going to declutter.

It's something that I just kind of do spur of the moment.

So usually I have the big black

trash bags and then the smaller white kitchen bags. So each of those bags can be a category. And then a

third category could just be making a pile on the floor of stuff you're going to keep, or it could be a cardboard box,

or you could use all boxes and label them. I'm just giving you ideas, but you need some bags or containers for sorting.

And I recommend either three or four of them, and you need to be able to differentiate them from each

other. So I'll get more into that in a few minutes, but get that together and choose a room to

declutter. Of course, you might just be listening to the show for motivation, but if you're cleaning

along, this is not one of my regular cleaning talk

throughs where I go through every room of the house. You're going to want to just pick a room

to focus on. And it might not even be a whole room. It might be a certain shelf or a certain drawer.

Maybe you want to start small, but just be decluttering while I talk about

decluttering. And it's funny, I had asked my Patreon supporters what I should talk about in this
