cleaning your house. Thanks for joining me. This is episode 136 and as usual, I'm going to talk you through cleaning your entire house

sort of room by room area by area but the theme of today's episode is kid-friendly food ideas

and don't just turn me off if you don't have kids living at home or you don't have kids or you're in a different stage

of life. I get that. These food ideas are good for adults too because everything I'm mentioning in this

episode I love to eat, but it's just stuff that my kids like to eat. And one of the things that I'm going to mention is something that's

easy for kids to prepare themselves. So they're just food ideas, but they're also kid-friendly.

By way of introduction, you're going to want to gear up for your cleaning session in a few

different ways. You might want to start a load of laundry. For those

who start a load of laundry in the washing machine, at the beginning of the episode, I'll try to

remind you near the end of the hour to switch that laundry from the washing machine into the

dryer. Another way that you might want to kick things off is by lighting a candle or starting a wax

warmer to get the house smelling nice, maybe take out the trash, or maybe you need to straighten

up your front entrance area or your entire front room, like a quick pickup. I like to start at the front of my house when I clean because I just

don't like to be that person where somebody knocks on my door and they're looking past me and

there's a mess. And it does happen to me often just because we only have one living area and it's

right there. So that's where the kids do all the

things. So anyway, just some thoughts there on ways you might gear up for your cleaning session.
