things that my wife, Amy and I have learned over, especially over the past eight, 10 months or so,

resistant to doing something, right, she's a toddler now, right? So when she's resistant to

doing something, giving her the opportunity to make a choice or a decision really, really helps out.

Like, would you rather wear this Moana t-shirt or like this Elmo t-shirt? Or would you rather sit in

this chair or do you want to sit over here in your booster seat at the table? Giving her the decision,

giving her the choice, giving her the ability to say, no, I want to do, I want to choose this one.
