You probably had somebody that wasn't willing to do their job.

not able to create that culture you're looking for? Absolutely. They're not part of the

team. This is what happens in

professional sports. Guys got a lot of skill, but he then comes to work, doesn't

come to practice. He fights with the coach. You see it all the time.
