Right. So like I get that my ego's going to be uncomfortable.

And my ego's going to like want to like kick and scream and put up resistance.

But the world can't afford it anymore.

So to kick off today's episode, I thought we could all use a little levity.

So I want to share this clip of my husband basically making fun of me because it is just something he does all the time.

He can't help himself.

It's like he goes around the house in the kitchen, we're in the car.

A lot to do.

And it's just like roasting me and I actually find it so funny.

And so I took a video of him the other night.

And I thought I would play this for you because I think we need to be a little bit more silly.

Like I posted this thing from a show yesterday on my Instagram and it was so beautiful.

And it was like, I don't think existence wants us to be so serious.

Like have you ever seen a serious redwood tree?

Have you ever seen a serious flamingo?

It's like you think about it.

And it's like we have such a tight grip sometimes.

And it would be so wonderful if we could offer some like gentleness, some playfulness, some,

like it's just some humor into like the whole thing, right?
