So you know, there's so many horrible bosses out there goodness gracious.

It's a function of really two factors.

One, we have a hurting world and a lot of people are hurting and miserable and that stuff

is oozing out of them.

The second factor is they never have been led well.

So now they're in a position of leading and no one's ever modeled it for them.

Those really are the two factors to why there's so many horrible bosses.

So I've said before in the show and I think it's important to point this out when I teach

on something like this that just because of their horrible boss doesn't necessarily make

them a horrible person.

Now they may be a horrible person and even that we can't forget.
