0:56.3	yourself and what you do? Okay, great. I am currently vice president and associate general
1:03.2	council at nationwide insurance company, and I'm responsible for our corporate and intellectual
1:09.0	property, class action, litigation, and discovery management.
1:14.2	I spent the first half of my career in private practice. I started out in the coal industry
1:19.5	doing collective bargaining and union avoidance. I was on the management side. A lot of civil
1:24.2	litigation in the retail, financial services, insurance area.
1:29.8	Second half of my career, I've been in-house as a corporate legal executive at two different
1:34.5	Fortune 100s in the retail and then property and casualty and financial services industry.
