Oh man, this is such another great question.

And I had to do what you just said.

I had to surrender and say, listen,

they're not going to do things the way that I do it.

But sometimes, especially when you're busy,

done is better than perfect.

And if it's that bad, then it's a teachable moment

for them to figure it out so that they can get better at it.

Especially when you're dealing with children,

you want to give them life skills.

They need to learn certain things

because they will be on their own.

So us always doing everything,

we're hoarding all the secrets and we're not teaching them

so that they can go off and do their own thing.
