Honored you guys are here and this particular Q&A is dedicated to you men out there who are

creating a business or you are a business owner or you have a full-time gig and you're trying

to create what we call in the community and what a lot of people

identify as a side hustle.

Most men are not, I think the statistics out there are 82% of men who are working in a full-time gig are completely and totally dissatisfied with the work that they do.

What we truly want is to do the work that makes us come alive and not feel trapped by the paycheck or what we call the golden handcuffs or anything like that to where you're sacrificing your time, your enjoyment on life because you are not doing the work that brings you joy and fulfillment.

So the question is how do we create a business or how do we scale our businesses and make them

more profitable so that we can spend more time with our family, more

intention and more purpose. And today I have two co-host today I know that you guys
