I can tell you that when I first heard those words, I felt a mix of hope and a little bit of confusion. The question I asked was, what's a digital offer? What could I create that somebody would want to buy? And the more I thought

about things, the more hopeful I became. I thought about the questions that people asked me. I thought

about things I was good at. I began asking myself, what would I enjoy creating? And what has resulted is
