This was one that really, really just had my wheels turning. This is one of the best books I've ever

read, and I told just before we got started. But I believe it should be on every bookshelf in America,

especially, but probably the world. And you're one of the most intelligent authors, I think,

that I've ever read a book by him. I was just impressed with the way that you wrote this and the detail that you went into.

Great work on this book.
