negotiation today. Absolutely. Well, how would you get it started by telling us a little bit about

yourself and what you do? Yeah. So I'm a real estate investor and developer operating in North

Carolina. My team and I do building projects in the Carolinas, so North and South Carolina,

and we have a growth-oriented goal.

So we are kind of working on medium-sized projects and pursuing larger and larger projects as the business and the team grows.
