Adopting a positive mindset is about internal change rather than external circumstances. Our external world reflects our internal state. Although life's challenges continue, our perceptions and reactions can transform, enhancing our experiences.

Life is an ongoing experience influenced by our perceptions. By elevating our perspective, we attract and recognize positivity more readily. I experience life as Henry, with its highs and lows, but ultimately, I control my perception and thus my experience.

A key to shifting our perspective is gratitude. It's about connecting deeply with moments—past or present—that evoke a strong, positive response, like the joy of a child's first steps. This connection to energy is powerful and transformative.

Gratitude allows us to live in the present, turning even future anxieties into current energies that can be harnessed positively. By viewing life as an experience rather than a set path, we regain control, navigating our journey with intent and mindfulness.

Our reactions to life's moments—good or bad—shape our experiences. The same event can feel different depending on our internal state. This highlights the power of perception over our reality.

Life isn't fair, and that's by design. Each unique struggle and joy teaches us lessons that uniformity could not. Embracing this uniqueness enables personal growth and development, even if it feels unfair.

Consider that perhaps we choose our challenges to create and spread love in dark places. Heroes aren't just needed where light abounds but also where darkness prevails.

Manifestation and attraction are about aligning our thoughts with our desires, but true change comes from within. Our internal state dictates the quality of our life experiences, not the material or external achievements.

Despite the roles and identities we assume—like jobs, relationships, or statuses—what truly matters and persists is our internal state: our soul, spirit, and energy. Mastering control over our energy allows us to carry this strength into whatever comes next.

Even in hardship, our ability to control our experience defines us. You might not have everything you want, but understanding that those aren't necessary for peace or fulfillment is crucial.

Focus on developing yourself first. Become the observer and creator of your life, influencing your trajectory and lifting others around you.

aligning our mind to the purpose, to the life that we desire and doing it in a positive way.

But before we get started, we'll take a few moments to slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency

that we want in our lives. So pick a word

to be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we take a deep breath in.

And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again really

charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize

yourself doing something in that frequency.

And once you exhale,

anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you

and you'll be in a more positive state.
