And from the beginning of my career, I was really interested in this idea that there are layers and toxins put on top of us that don't allow us to express our fullest potential. This week as we launch our Waterfall Cleanse, it is so clear to me that cleansing cannot just be about physicality. It's not just about our bodies. In order to cleanse, let go of stagnation and old energy, we also have to look at the mental, emotional and spiritual components. This is one of the reasons that fasting has been a spiritual practice for thousands of years. And what we're going to be talking about today in terms of cleansing is this holistic approach, which is how you are going to get the best results. When we take a reset and we look at all aspects of our life, including our mental and emotional patterns, it allows us to disrupt, it allows us to create change. What we see in the physical world, in your body, and in your life comes from the formless. It comes from the thoughts and the beliefs that preceded that. If we don't address those in a cleanse, you may lose some temporary water weight.
