freedom and decisions. We're really powerful stuff because, I mean, at the end of the day,

I mean, let me step back here. You probably want to be more free.

If you're listening to this show, if you listen to any of these, you know it's all about

how do we become more socially free, more socially liberated, more confident so we can

go do whatever we want, whether you want to be able to talk to people more or just feel

better about yourself, more confident, or walk into a room like a badass,

And there's these forces that mostly are inside of us.

Well, sometimes there can be some external stuff

that gets in the way.
