0:10.1

Candor and Just Work. And I'm Jason Rosoff, CEO and co-founder of Radical Cander. And I'm Amy

0:16.3

Sandler, your host for the Radical Cander podcast. Radical Cander began as a company with a mission to

0:22.4

rid the world of bad bosses. So on today's episode, we're going to talk about how to avoid working

1:39.7

maybe in a good boss. So think about things like, how much autonomy do you want in the job? Do you want a boss

1:44.9

who's going to be a mentor? Is this someone you actually could imagine going to with problems?

1:50.9

We could almost think about this like a boss description. So what do you think, Kim?

1:55.3

One of the things that I would like to say for all of the people out there who are having, who don't have multiple

2:03.5

offers, who really need that job right away, I just want to hold that space for a moment
