I'm not going to be talking about this specifically, but I want you to understand kind of how your brain works and why it works the way that it does.

Okay? Here's what most people do when they live their lives. They do something, they react to something in a certain way, or they act in a certain way,

or they think a certain way, or they have a certain emotion, and they're like, man, I hate that I think that way.

I hate that I am that way. I don't like that I think that way, but that's how I am.

And a lot of people never really understand they can change it because your life, everything that you do is based on a part of your brain that's called the automatic brain.
