| 1:48.0 | And why it's important to always do just a little bit extra than you're expected to do or than you actually want to do. |
| 1:56.0 | And this actually occurred to me a couple days ago, I was at the gym and I was on the treadmill. |
| 2:01.0 | And I realized this is something that I practice and started to practice and I knew that this would be really good to share with you guys. |
| 2:09.0 | And I was on the treadmill. I was doing a warm up before I started my actual workout and I was going to go for 10 minutes on the treadmill. |
| 2:18.0 | And instead of going for 10 minutes, I went for 10 minutes and 30 seconds. |
| 2:22.0 | Now that's just a little bit extra. But what I used to do and I noticed that I was doing this is I would get to 9 minutes and 50 seconds. |
| 2:30.0 | And I would stop because I'd be like, well, I'm basically there. I'm basically at my goal of 10 minutes. |
| 2:36.0 | But see what happened was I realized that how I do one thing is how I do everything. |
| 2:40.0 | So if I was being short on my warm up in my workout, even if it's just by 10 seconds, then I was also shortening somewhere else in life. |
