I mean, I've been doing solo episodes, but I front-loaded all of our interviews so that when I'm

traveling, I didn't have to worry about scheduling people or me being on other shows. So it went for me

doing, like, people ask what I do, like during a week and a lot of my weeks podcasting so I spend

I think six to eight hours either being a guest on podcast which I'm about to be a guest on

yours and we'll get into it or hosting podcast so it's it's a racket man but it's super super

worth it so today we're going to dive into the wonderful world of residential assisted living

I am making a huge effort on this show to bring people new asset classes, new strategies,

people that are just saying, oh, I bought a bunch of multifamily in 2018, doesn't wet my whistle anymore.

You know, like what are we doing in today's freaking market that's working so that people can pivot and people can profit.
