Let's talk about interest rates because I think there's a lot of people who feel like they missed the ball.

You know, they weren't necessarily able to buy a home back when interest rates were 2, 3% at historic lows.

And now we're seeing some of that drop off, right, the high interest rates.

But is there a reason to wait when interest rates are high or what's your take on on that? I say that you marry the

house and date the rate. If you could get into a home now, get in it, become a homeowner,

and keep informed, stay informed of what's happening in the industry. When rates come down,

you can always refinance and get a more accessible payment.

But by all means, at least in most of the regions, property values are maintaining.

Statistically, they say that they go up to 3% to 5%.

In many states, we still have a shortage of inventory.

And I always tell my clients, the earth isn't growing anymore, right? We have to get our
