Yeah, of course. I so I think it's funny first off. Everyone knows me as like a

marketer, a business person. And I think that I guess that's the nature of

entrepreneurship. People know each other like that. But I have I've seven very

serious life-threatening heart conditions. And so I came to marketing on

accident, really. And I came to business on accident. I really just, you know, I

wanted to help people. And so in my personal life, all the stuff I do, like I

volunteer with a lot of these besides my clients, I should say, with some of

these nonprofits and things like that. Just because for me, marketing was a

channel of expressing myself when I couldn't like I was having these

surgeries and life was more intense than normal you could say. That's really

intense fire nation when you recognize this. Sometimes, you know, it's not just

about the business and the grind, but it's about the health as well and how you
