So we know from the research that a lot of times we have these thoughts that just swirl around our heads. I hate my job. Hate that I have that meeting this afternoon. My boss waste my time. All sorts of negative things can go on up there. One of the best ways to get rid of it is you write it down on a piece of paper and then you crumple the paper up and you throw it away. And essentially, you're showing your brain in a very physical way.
