Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

0:04.0

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

0:07.8

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

0:12.8

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minnesots. I hope

0:17.8

you like it. Take a listen. The other piece of this, which is really fun, which is where I think

0:22.9

having some kind of a morning practice to get quiet and center yourself and get out of that sort

0:27.6

of like spinning thought, blizzard, which there's no divine direction there. You know, it's just sort of

0:33.9

like, I always say it's kind of maybe heard me say this before, but it's sort of like if you look

0:38.2

at the ocean, the top of the ocean is what we see, right? It's the most superficial layer of the

0:42.8

ocean and it's always moving because it responds to the wind, to the weather. It's very frenetic looking.

0:47.8

Sometimes the waves are choppy. Sometimes they're not as intense, but they're always there. There's

0:52.0

always movement. It's very frenetic. It doesn't sit still. But if you know anything about the ocean,

0:58.3

that's the most superficial aspect of the ocean because the ocean is so vast. It's so deep and

1:03.4

it's so wide and so giant. It makes up most of this world. That if you go down into the ocean,

1:10.1

40 feet, half a mile, right? A mile, two miles. It's so still and it's so heavy and it's so

1:16.8

definitely quiet. You can actually burst your ear drums because it's so, so quiet and still.

1:24.9

That's really what the ocean is. That's what we are. We are really this anchored, still connected,

1:32.4

powerful whole entity that's connected to source. That's connected to God, consciousness,

1:37.8

that's connected to the river of every current that's is was and everything. That's really what we

1:42.5

are, but we keep identifying with the top level of the super bit. We keep identifying with the

1:47.6

mind that just responds to every stimulus constantly and then it takes us like a monkey from this

1:53.3

thought to this thought to this thought and then we don't get anywhere by the end of the day.
