Well, dude, I'll tell you what.

I have an interior design company that is premium and I do have access to what people are making because we help people like like after we design.

We'll do like a a we'll create the

listing we'll help you launch it so i do have access to kind of data around the country and generally

speaking as most of the places like i think you can have a profitable Airbnb anywhere if you have

the data to back up that it is possible to make money in a market we can can talk about how to do that in a bit, but you actually invest in the amenity design and the backyard design. So like if you think about it, Airbnb, you hear interior design a lot because you think, oh yeah, everyone's going to be inside sleep and it's got to be nice. But most people, when they're in a house with eight, nine, ten people don't want to be inside.

They want to like go outside.

And so we're in this new era of amenities arms race, kind of where you have to really blow out your backyards.

So I kind of think that as long as you're hitting a specific avatar or demographic in a major metropolitan area, you will do well.

So long as there is data to show that hosts are

doing well. So like saturation, for example, is a myth. I think that a lot of people are like,

oh, these markets are oversaturated. I can't do well. I think oversaturation is great because I can

look directly at data online and see who's doing well

and I can see exactly how much money is possible in a market and I can take from those

blueprints to launch something better. So I think anywhere. Well, I've had other guys on the show

and many have talked about how you really just want luxury properties at this point. Do you think

that that's true? Not really. I would rather spend, I would make different decisions that I've made in the past.
