0:00.0	And then as I started seeing these trends, I saw more money come into the industry.
0:06.0	A lot of consolidation happened, M&A, you know, people buying up companies, e-commerce starting to take shape.
0:10.0	And so I started seeing smaller companies getting acquired by regional companies, regional companies,
0:14.0	regional companies acquired by national companies.
0:16.0	And so I was looking to do, I think a little bit why I was burned out too
0:20.8	at the time. I had been
0:22.0	grinding for 10 years trying to grow
0:24.1	as a young person
0:25.8	being coming in a present company
0:27.9	and having a lot of responsibility
0:29.1	and pressure
0:29.6	you know, I think their grinds
0:31.9	started wearing on me.

0:32.9	So I think I was like I was tired of the grind.

0:37.0	And so I went to my parents and said, I think we started looking at the exit.
0:41.3	You know, I think I think it might be time for us to look at exiting the industry.
0:46.2	And I want to make sure my parents at the time were getting closer there to 70.
0:51.3	And they were not really day to day 100% of time.
0:54.0	Not to my dad, it works probably more hours than me right now.
