healing journey or on your health journey, but the past few years, I have been really immersed in

different kinds of modalities,

and I've used different kinds of resources to try to optimize my health.

And recently, I've had a little bit of an aha moment, a little bit of an epiphany

when it comes to just how absolutely essential the basics of our foundational health actually are. And how arriving at that

state of balance has so much more to do with those foundational things than we actually think.

And when I say basics, when I say foundation, what I really am talking about is sleep, moving our

bodies, and of course the food that we eat. And I want to dedicate this

week to those basic things, the most foundational things that we actually need to feel good.
