I'm Caroline.

And I'm Joe.

And we have a really fun episode for you guys today.

And we're really excited about it.

Yeah, it's February.

And so this month we thought we would start

covering all things love related. And we wanted to start with the kind of love that we think is most

important. And that is learning to love yourself. Yeah. But before we dive into that, we're going to go

ahead and cover our grounding moments. So Caroline, what was your grounding moment this week?

So I have a very exciting thing.

Today, actually, my best friend that I met in Italy, she's not Italian, she's actually from New Jersey.

My first friend I met over there, like we clicked instantly. She is going to come visit me

in March. Yay. And I'm so excited. It was just like a last minute thing. We thought about going to

New Orleans for what's called Mardi Gras. And we're like, yeah, it's too much. I can't imagine Mardi Gras will be like

no, yeah. And I've never been and she's like, and she goes every year because it follows around

her birthday. And she was like, yeah, let's just go like when everything's back to normal so you can get

the full experience. I'm like, yeah, I agree. And then she's like, but I want to come visit you. So she's doing that and she'll be

here for like four-ish days and she's never been to Arkansas before. So I'm really excited.

Gotta show her around your state. And it's been almost three years since we've seen each other,

which I didn't realize. That's not true. Well, that's what she said. And that doesn't even

make sense because I've not been married three
