A gorgeous day here in Texas, a wonderful day to be alive.

You know, it's funny, I had somebody ask me on a call this morning,

Tim, how are you? You know, it's just the normal way of people, you know, it's polite. We always ask

each other those types of things, right? And I said something that kind of made them laugh, but it's

really honestly how I feel, and hopefully all of you guys feel this way or better. I said, any day you wake up on you're looking at the green side of the

grass, it's a great day. You know what? That is the bottom line, isn't it? Any day you wake. Yeah,

it does. No matter what's going on in your life, if you wake up and you're looking at the

green side of the grass, well, you know what? You're doing more right than wrong. So for that, maybe it's setting the bar low, maybe it's setting it high. I don't

know. It works for me. Maybe you adopt that same mindset yourself. So on the radio this week,

we've been talking about obviously building your team. We've been talking about all the

mechanics of it. We've been talking about all the pluses and the minuses of it. And we've been,

I think, sharing with you our unique philosophy on building a team, something
