1:08.3	I want to know how did you start working with Ryan Paneda? Okay, I'd say the simple easy way was I met him on a transaction where I'm also a
1:19.6	licensed agent as well as working for Homeward Offer I work for the brokerage he has are now
1:24.2	called Real as well as I work for Pinata Capital. Okay. So the cool thing is I met
1:28.7	Ryan on a transaction. We liked each other's style. We met in person about six months after the transaction. I helped him with an MLS deal.
