maybe 10 hours a week on a busy week. I'm not burned out. I'm not tired. I'm only doing the things I like to do. I think we're in this hustle culture grow as big as you can, as fast as you can, and now you're a slave to the thing you've built. How do you know you should start a business? Time with your family, freedom, flexibility. Nowadays, when you see people online there's just so much more input telling you all the other things you should be doing, all the new marketing strategies. It's depressing. Simple sales and simple scales. Businesses tend to start out simple and then they get complex. What is the 20% of the things I do that actually generate 80% of the results I need? You could literally stop doing four-fithths of what you're doing and get almost the same result than 2x what you're doing
