0:05.0	communications networks and how to build them. Now, I'll let you know just right off the bat.
0:11.0	This is kind of bait and switch because I'm going to hold up radios and talk about building a communications network and the thumbnail is radios.
0:19.0	But the secret ingredient to building the communications network is not thumbnail is radios, but the secret ingredient to building
0:21.5	the communications network is not hardware, it is software. The important key component is people.

0:58.8	Yeah, yeah, welcome, welcome. So as we talk about communications networks, part of the reason that I'm doing this stream is because I've gotten so
1:03.5	many questions after posting various videos related to communications equipment and radios and how ham radio works and how
1:11.9	business band radio works and how to do ATAC over radio in theory.
1:16.1	That's all theory.
1:17.4	I haven't actually got that working in a way that I like yet.
1:21.4	But this is getting better.
1:23.8	But there are a whole bunch of questions related specifically to which radios to buy.
1:28.3	And we've talked about different radios that we like. For example, the traditional
1:33.3	standard Belfang. Actually, this isn't the UV5R. The UV5R is the traditional standard Belfang.
1:39.3	And this right here is one of the 82 varieties, which I actually like, I like having the dual push-to-talk button
1:46.9	right here. It's kind of nice. And there's not as many accessories for it, but I think it's okay.
1:51.9	And then we've talked a lot about the Hightera radios. We're fans of the Hightera radios for digital.
1:57.6	And then if you're a ham radio guy, these any tone radios here are also pretty good
